Moisten the place to be fumigated with a spray of water or a light perfume that does not conflict with the smell of incense. Place the kasra on embers with a medium layer of ash.

The blackness of the kasra is always towards the top, and the belly of the kasra is woody or red in color on the coals



Avoid placing it directly on very hot coals to avoid rapid burning - rapid burning does not change the smell but reduces the fumigation time.
